Well its raining on and off during this Christmas and Antique Market weekend here in Arezzo and so I though I'd get some grading done get this Christmas card out to all. I celebrate this holiday which fills me with joy and wonderment. To all of you who celebrate the other holidays that happen during December I wish you the best celebration and I pray that these holidays bring us peace and joy and comfort and hope and that through these celebrations we can bring the world together to look for ways to heal rather than destroy and separate.

its amazing that interest rates keep houses selling but the drastic rise in material costs and the time it is taking to get widows, doors, appliances, and other materials will catch up. I am hearing of custom builders who do the expensive houses are suffering because even tjose people are reluctant to spend the kind of money it now takes

This residence is a passive solar Mid-Century style home for Derik and Crys Keith on their 40 acres outside Blanchard. It is about 2,200 SF ground floor with a 600 SF bonus room above the garage

Beau an Sefanie Leland call me about helping the develop a design for a straw bale house on land where they are wanting to develop and organic farm and also the house to live on site

Went to visit Beau and Stefanie Leland's straw bale house that I was fortunate to have qorked with them to design a couple years ago. They've been in it now for almost a year! Last time I was there was when they were setting the bales. Oh it turned out so nice. I love the colors and the spaces are so nicely scaled! Nice, warm friendly open house!
