Options in October… Versa lift. Of course we’re going to have walkout access to your attic, but in addition there are things that just need to go straight there without taking the trip through the house. That’s where the versa lift comes in…that box of Christmas lights you need each December …load them on, lift them up, and let the versa lift do the heavy lifting. Does it take a little planning… of course it does, but that’s what custom is all about. 💪

Options in October… Wallpaper Wednesday …here the paint color was custom match to the Wallpaper and the mirror incorporated into the paneling making this powder bath incredibly custom and oh so beautiful

Options in October… scullery with an extra dishwasher. What’s a scullery? It’s an oversized pantry with a sink and in this case an extra dishwasher and refrigerator. It’s a place for the not so beautiful kitchen appliances to hide away. Perfect if you have the space and like to entertain.

Custom options in October continues with automated window coverings. Here comes the sun… but only when you are ready. Running wiring at the frame stage for this finish takes planning, but oh so worth it. 🌞🕶️
