They say a picture is worth 1000 words, and I can attest that once the team sees the final product they generally agree all the work was worth it. But sometimes I do feel like this when I’m trying to get everyone to see the vision.

So much about this picture makes me happy… And that was without the dance moves added. We took a sketch and added an inspiration photo, and sent it to Tiger Monte Cristo Ironworks and he sent this to us. It takes a team to make amazing things and I am so thankful for the people on my team, especially our homeowners who help us strive to be better. Renaissance Cast Stone get ready you are up next.

No, really the process is flawless (when everything goes just as we thought it would, everyone shows up when they told us they would, the weather cooperates…) you get the idea, they call it a process for a reason.😂

Hi, it’s Dava Byrd, I wear a lot of hats around this place. The one that gets the most eye rolls is the Builders‘s wife… The one I would give up if I wasn’t so OCD is Director of social media, the one I’m most proud of is lead design, the one I sometimes feel underqualified for but now have almost 20 years of experience doing is builder, and the one these pictures probably most represent, superintendent. Join us in wishing Rick a very happy 60th birthday!! We would not be who we are without him. He may be turning 60 but he has 50 years of experience on a job sites and that experience paired with a masters degree in construction management are the most valuable things that Byrd Building has to offer.
