Slade joined our team as a college intern from the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business and quickly earned the trust to lead and manage projects of his own.

Today, he serves on both residential and commercial projects, from pre-construction to completion.

Cast-in-place concrete is poured and cured directly on the job site, allowing for seamless structural integrity and custom shaping specific to the project. From formwork and rebar placement to precise pours and controlled curing, every step is executed on-site, ensuring strength, durability, and a structure built to perform for decades.

True concrete strength isn’t reached on pour day—it develops over the full 28-day curing cycle as the structure gains design strength.
