We want to sincerely apologize to anyone who has had trouble reaching us over the past several days.
The recent storms have created one of the largest surges in emergency tree work we've seen in years. We've received an overwhelming number of calls, messages, emails, and requests across all of our communication channels, and we know some of you have had difficulty reaching us. We're truly sorry for the frustration.
Please know that we're still here, and our entire team is working hard to help our community recover.
If you're waiting to hear back from us, or if you've already accepted your Tree Wizard quote and are waiting to be scheduled, we sincerely apologize for the delay. Please know that we haven't lost track of your request or your job.
Every customer and every job is important to us. We're responding to requests as quickly as possible. We're scheduling work based on urgency while also honoring customers who were already waiting before the storms. Our office will reach out as soon as we're able.
We couldn't be more proud of our entire Tree Wizard team—from our office staff to our crews—for the professionalism, compassion, and dedication they've shown throughout this storm recovery.
A big Tree Wizard THANK YOU to our customers, our neighbors, and our community for your patience, kindness, and support during this challenging time. Seeing our community come together to help one another has been truly inspiring. We're honored to serve this community and will continue doing everything we can to help it recover. 💚🌳
