Part 2 of this series showcases the latest transformation, completed in 2025.
Just a few years after the first renovation, the new homeowners trusted us to upgrade this space to fit their lifestyle—and we were honored to be back.

We kept the original cabinetry from the previous homeowners and reworked the space to support the new owners. As avid home cooks, they wanted a kitchen that truly matched their needs—while also maximizing the home’s beautiful view of the sound.

Phase two of this 3-bathroom renovation is complete! 🎉

The primary bath originally featured an in-ground tub, and while we kept the same layout, we completely transformed the look and feel of the space. One of the highlights? The homeowners created a unique random tile pattern to showcase complementary accent tiles — giving the bathroom a one-of-a-kind design touch.

Phase 3 is still underway — keep an eye out in the next couple weeks for the final reveal of the last bathroom! 👀

Last week, we gave a design sneak peek into the 3-bathroom renovation that we are in the midst of completing - and now it's time to showcase the first bathroom! 😍

For this upstairs hall bath, the homeowners kept their fun blue color for the walls, but upgraded everything else — new counters, cabinets, tile, flooring, sink, and fixtures — for a fresh mid-century modern vibe.
