Thanks for your interest in our Heavy Articulated Wheel Loader Operator opportunity. We're a local, family-owned-and-operated small business selling mulch, topsoil, stone, and compost to contractors and homeowners since 1988.
Your primary tasks will be to receive loading instructions via two-way radio, safely operate a Doosan DL-280 Wheel loader and Kawasaki 65z to load customers' trucks, and frequently change loader buckets depending on the load and truck size.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy articulated wheel loaders (forklift operators please don't apply)
- Live within a 20-minute commute of Norristown (If you live in Philadelphia or beyond, please don't apply)
- Perform manual labor when necessary, such as cleaning out loader bucket with shovel, etc. (If you are not willing to frequently get out of the loader to do such tasks, please don't apply)
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
