We are looking for general construction laborers to join our growing business. We work in and around the Montgomery county and Leigh Valley area, so you must have a license and vehicle to get to our shop and job sites. Our operations run year round and we are looking for motivated employees that are interested in full time work.
We specialize in site development, which includes dirt excavation, sewer, sanitation, and water pipe install, lot development, and road construction. Working in every one of these stages on our job sites involves the use of hand tools, power tools, masonry tools, and a consistent attention to detail and the environment around you. Experience in these fields is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates that will work hard and show a willingness to learn new skills as well as have a commitment to grow. On our job sites it is important to work safely and attentively because you will constantly be around heavy equipment. Cleanliness and pride in your work is also extremely important to us. We work hard to keep our job sites, equipment, tools and fleet in excellent quality and order. More details and job tasks will be given through application and interview process.
Experience around heavy equipment and with hand and power tools is plus, but not required. We are willing to train those that have an interest in construction, are eager to commit to working hard and learning the necessary skills needed to work in the construction industry, commit to a willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company. This is a very physically demanding job, where you will be on your feet and active outdoors for the majority of the day, though this is an extremely rewarding factor when you get to see the work you complete when a project is finished.
