Flooring is one of the most important aspects of a build.

Make sure than your contractor is knowledgeable about the products they’re working with.

This new construction home had a ton of windows and pinch points. To prevent buckling, we added transitions between rooms and doorways. This ensures there is plenty of expansion so that the floating floors can breath as temperatures throughout the day fluctuate.

Finsihed up this great luxury vinyl plank flooring project in Pennsbury Place last week!

Scratch Master is a great floor with a lot of variation as far as pattern and color go for that desired wood look.

In every home we have been in at Pennsbury, there has been some leveling that has been needed, and this home was no different. Because we had worked in the area before, we were prepared for exactly what we needed to finish the job without any delays!

Dust! It's everywhere. But it is especially prevalent in the demolition phase of every work site.
Flooring is no different!
Between grinding, scraping, and cutting new materials dust can fly to every corner of your home, leaving you with a mess for days to come after your project is complete.
Not only is it annoying to clean up, but construction dust is a major health HAZARD! It can cause decreased lung function, skin and eye irritation, and is even linked to heart disease.
What can you do to stay safe during home renovation projects?
1. Ask your construction crew if they will be setting up a dust containment unit. Many contractors have HEPA air scrubbers now and the other can at very least cover furniture and separate construction rooms with plastic.
2. Make sure you and your family don't enter sealed construction areas during times where dust is likely to be flying freely such as during demolition.
3. Have your contractor leave their air scrubber on during the final touch ups and clean up phase to get rid of any excess particulates floating around.
