You don't have to wait for a ceiling stain to call a roofer.

▪️Shingles that are missing, lifted, or curling at the edges
▪️Damaged or loose flashing around chimneys, vents, and valleys
▪️Granules collecting in gutters or around downspouts
▪️Any visible sagging along the roofline
▪️Recurring moisture or a musty smell in the attic

Any one of those is worth having looked at. An inspection tells you whether it's an isolated fix, storm damage worth an insurance conversation, or a sign the roof is nearing the end of its run.

Knowing which one you're dealing with is the whole point. Call (803) 426-8365 for an evaluation.

October has a way of sharpening our focus. The year is winding down, the to-do lists are getting longer, and there is a quiet but real pressure to finish strong.

This quote is a good one to carry into the final stretch. Having a vision is one thing, but doing the work to make it real is another. That is where leadership, whether in business, on a team, or in your own life, truly lives.

As you head into the rest of October, what is one vision you are actively working to bring to life right now? Share it in the comments. We would love to cheer you on.

Happy 13th Birthday, Willow! 🎉
Help us wish a very Happy Birthday to our summer admin helper, Willow!
She may only join us during the summer, but she jumps right in and helps keep things moving around the Janson office — and keeps us entertained while she’s at it!
We hope you have the BEST birthday, Willow! Enjoy your day before we put you back to work next summer.

Happy Birthday, Alexis! 🎂🎉

Help us wish our Roofing Manager, Alexis, a BIG Happy Birthday! 🥳

Not only is she our oldest daughter, but she's also an amazing sister, wonderful mother, and a huge part of the Janson family! 💙

From keeping our roofing department running smoothly to keeping everyone on their toes with her constant pranks, there's never a dull moment when Alexis is around! 😂

We're so proud of the woman, mother, and leader she's become, and we're thankful for all the love, hard work, and laughter she brings to our family and team!

Happy Birthday, Alexis! We love you and hope your day is as special as you are! ❤️🎉

The scariest thing in your house this month shouldn't be your roof.

Missing shingles. Exposed roofing material. Discoloration creeping across a ceiling. Moisture in the attic. Flashing that's come loose around a vent.

Here's the part most people don't realize. Your roof doesn't have to be actively dripping inside for something to be wrong. Water gets in, travels along framing, and shows up somewhere else entirely, sometimes months later.

If something looks off up there, let us take a closer look. Call (803) 426-8365.
