Recent wind damaged home in Chicago. Homeowner suffered damage and broken seals to her shingles. The decking had spaced decking with over half Inch gaps. We added on 1/2 osb and shingles were upgraded to architectural shingles by GAF timberline HDZ shingles. All paid out through the insurance!! NextGen General Contracting did all the labor as well as made sure that the insurance paid out for all proper line items including code upgrades.
