We will only consider applicants within 40 miles of North Bend Wa., have the required degree and/or previous experience in the field.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to fill the needs of our growing organization. This position will report directly to and work closely with the Estimator / Project Manager. Applicants must be highly motivated and organized.

Requirements:

> Construction management and or civil engineering degree preferred.

> Provide the necessary support on all bid proposals to the Senior Estimator to ensure that each bid proposal is completed in accordance with the Company’s established policy.

> Review of all plans and specifications upon receipt and identify the major equipment and subcontracting trades.

> Ability to create and maintain cooperative customer relationships.

> Maintain Subcontractor Database with required documents.

> Must possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

> Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Projects is a must.

> Must demonstrate proficiency with reading and interpreting bid documents and project site plans.

> Experience with pricing, ordering and coordinating sub-contractors and materials.> Ability to research and obtain low cost sub-contractor quotes.

> Able to multitask and communicate efficiently and effectively coordinate with field crews and office staff for project management.

> Must be willing to run errands.
