Our Minnesota office designed a home that reflects the Modern Farmhouse style. Located in Chisago City on the lake, this home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a spacious bonus room above the garage. The extra-deep garage is designed to accommodate a full golf simulator, perfect for year-round play.

Architectural accents include a metal roof dormer that enhances the home’s farmhouse character. The dormer brings in natural light and holds a loft that overlooks the two-story living room.

Our Wisconsin office designed a new 3-bedroom / 2.5 bath lake retreat with panoramic views of Red Cedar Lake!

With the original cabin sitting close to the water’s edge, we were required to keep the design within the existing footprint. With a limited building envelope, the most efficient and economical solution is to build upward.
