The 230,000 sq ft Rivers Edge Business Center in Fridley has been one heck of a project.

From extensive groundwater management, soil corrections, demolition and road closures to working around gas mains, transmission lines, Metropolitan Council sewer tie-ins, and even uncovering buried propane tanks weighing nearly 60 tons, this job has presented challenges every step of the way.

Projects of this size require planning, coordination, and a crew willing to put in the work. We are proud of our team for continuing to solve problems, adapt to changing conditions, and keep the project moving forward.

It’s rewarding to look back at where we started and see how much progress has been made. Looking forward to seeing this development continue to take shape.

From a raw field to a 230,000 sq ft facility, the transformation on this Kendall Howard project has been incredible.

A lot of planning, earthmoving, and teamwork goes into a project of this size. Proud of our crew and excited to see this development continue to take shape over the coming months.

It’s always cool showing up to a field that’s been farmed for generations and watching it become part of the growth happening around the area.

This Clearwater subdivision project has been challenging since the very first push with the dozer, but the crew has made some great progress.

Excited to help make way for new development in the area, including a new Chipotle and potentially more coffee shops and businesses as this project continues to take shape.

We had a great time at the North Branch Area High School Career Day last Friday.

We brought out some equipment so students could climb in the machines, interact with the controls, raise the bucket, and get a hands-on look at what the construction industry is all about.

It’s important for young people to see the opportunities that exist in trades like excavation, grading, utilities, and heavy equipment operation. This industry plays a huge role in building our communities, and we’re proud to help introduce the next generation to it.

Big thanks to the school for having us out and to all the students who stopped by to check out the equipment and ask questions.
