Most of my charges for service are based on an hourly rate ,however a flat fee for a particular job is the norm and would be discussed before any work is performed.Mention this page and receive a 5% discount. I enjoy working with customers on special projects,like custom lighting for a new kitchen or helping them select the right ceiling fan for their child's room. I specialize in older homes with challenging wiring situations.
