The Charlestowne Workshop is hiring! We are SC Licensed Residential Builders and are looking for talented carpenters, and skilled install assistants to join our growing team operating throughout the lowcountry. We specialize in cabinetry, home renovations, remodels, additions, porches, decking, and more. We work with a wide variety of projects, and this candidate would be adaptable, on-time, and enthusiastic. This position is for a 1099-Subcontractor with hours part/full time to start, with opportunity for growth. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Qualified Applicants MUST have:
-SC Driver’s Licence, reliable transportation, and work-ready vehicle; Truck is preferred.
-Proof of vehicle insurance
-Proof of health insurance
-Valid Fed/State identification documents when required
-Personal tool set-up: belt, basic hand tools, personal drills/drivers; Major tools will be supplied by the Company.
-Ability to pass a background driver and/or criminal check.
-Ability to provide references or portfolio related to the construction/woodworking trades with relevant experience. If you have no relevant professional experience but still wish to apply, please send an explanation of your goals and how you believe you could be a good fit for our company.
