We are excited to celebrate the official Signing Day for First Tee - Greater Charleston new Youth Leadership Campus.

Our team is honored to help bring to life a state-of-the-art Learning Center and Charleston’s first Kids Course designed exclusively for young golfers. More than a place to play, this campus is being built to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where young people can pursue their personal best, build confidence and character, and develop leadership skills that will serve them for a lifetime.

First Tee already impacts more than 25,000 young people annually across the Lowcountry. This new campus will expand program access, support future growth, and create even more opportunities for local youth to learn, grow, and thrive.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with First Tee – Greater Charleston and the many community leaders helping make this vision a reality. We can’t wait to break ground and begin building a place that will positively impact generations to come.

Projects like this are only possible through the collective support of community partners, donors, and advocates who believe in investing in our youth. We invite you to learn more about the Fore the Kids campaign and join us in helping create a space where Charleston’s young people can learn, lead, and thrive!

The Peninsula of Charleston continues to rise!

With crews actively working on the 4th floor and multiple concrete pours taking place each week, this landmark project is making its mark on the Charleston skyline.

A project of this size and complexity requires constant communication with our trade partners and design teams to stay ahead of scheduling, coordinate critical milestones, and keep work progressing efficiently. Just as importantly, maintaining a safe jobsite remains our top priority as we work together to bring this vision to life.

We’re grateful for the strong partnerships that make our Team Build approach possible and continue to move this exciting project forward. As the building rises, so does the excitement for what it will bring to downtown Charleston and future residents alike.

We are proud to recognize Steve Spear Jr. as the recipient of the 2026 Trident Construction Presidential Award for Growth Mindset!

This annual award honors an individual who continually strives for self-improvement, embraces challenges as opportunities, and inspires growth in those around them.

Steve embodies these values daily. Along the way, Steve continues to make raving fans of our valued clients, going above and beyond to make sure every detail is right and always leading with resilience, adaptability, and a drive to keep learning.

At Trident Construction, operational excellence starts long before the first structure rises from the ground.

Through our Team Build approach, we unite owners, designers, trade partners and other vital team members around a shared vision from the earliest stages of a project. This commitment to collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and thoughtful planning helps create safer jobsites, more efficient operations, and successful outcomes that benefit everyone involved.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the resilience that united our nation on September 11, 2001. We honor their memory and the enduring spirit of service, sacrifice, and strength. 🇺🇸

Keeping our teams cool in the Lowcountry heat!

This week, Kona Ice stopped by The Peninsula of Charleston to treat our trade partners and teammates who are working hard each day to keep the project moving forward.

It’s a small token of appreciation for the dedication, teamwork, and effort it takes to build great projects, especially during the hottest days of the year.

We are grateful for the relationships and commitment of everyone on site who continues to make progress possible!

Before the walls go up, the work below the surface sets the stage for success.

From earthwork and utilities to grading and foundation prep, site work is where months of planning and coordination come to life. Through our Team Build approach, we engage design and trade partners early to identify challenges, align schedules, and create solutions before construction begins.

We’re grateful for the trusted relationships with our design partners, trade partners, and field teams that make this level of collaboration possible.

We recently celebrated an exciting milestone alongside our longtime partners at Charleston Southern University, the opening of Magnolia Hall!

Trident Construction was proud to help build this 52,000 square foot, three story residence hall, which will provide suite-style living for over 200 students. Amenities include community and study spaces, a fitness center, community kitchen, laundry facility and The Galley at Magnolia.

More than a building, Magnolia Hall is an investment in the student experience and CSU’s future, a place where Buccaneers will pursue their education, build community and grow throughout their college journey.

We’re grateful for our longstanding partnership with CSU, built on trust, shared faith and a commitment to the university’s continued growth. Congratulations to everyone who made this meaningful project possible!

Building stronger communities is about more than the work we do. It’s about the impact we make.

We’re honored to be recognized with the 2026 Community Impact Award by Carolinas AGC. The award celebrates member companies whose generosity, volunteerism, and commitment to service are making a meaningful difference across North and South Carolina.

At Trident Construction, community involvement isn’t an initiative. It’s part of who we are. Whether serving local nonprofits, supporting charitable organizations, volunteering our time, or investing in the communities where we live and work, we believe our responsibility extends far beyond the jobsite.

This recognition belongs to our employees, partners, and community organizations who continually show up to make a difference. Together, we’re helping build stronger communities throughout the Lowcountry and beyond!
