Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to assist with a variety of tasks on job sites, including but not limited to material handling, demolition, site prep, installation, and equipment use. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or a related trade, and a strong work ethic. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:
•Perform various manual labor tasks on construction or project sites.
•Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
•Assist with installation, repairs, or demolition as needed.
•Load and unload materials and equipment.
•Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
•Work under the direction of supervisors and project managers.
•Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications:
•Prior experience in construction, roofing, or skilled trades preferred.
•Must be able to climb ladders and work comfortably on rooftops.
•Not afraid of heights and able to follow proper fall protection protocols.
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
•Familiarity with hand and power tools.
•Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
•Valid Driver’s License.
•Must be punctual and dependable.

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and field teams, driving project success from conception to completion.

Duties:

Collaborate closely with subcontractors, and field teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
