Robbins Construction Group is highlighting our Floor & Decor renovation and expansion in Mobile, Alabama, where detailed planning and coordination helped our team meet an accelerated construction schedule.
In 2023, the client approached RCG after learning the retail space would not be available as originally planned. To maintain the targeted grand opening date, our team needed to reduce the construction duration from 12 weeks to 10 weeks.
The project included a complete renovation of the existing 50,000-square-foot retail space and a 10,500-square-foot rear expansion to accommodate a new compactor location, loading dock, and electrical service.
Our team developed a plan that included advance procurement of project materials, on-site storage, and coordinated logistics to begin work efficiently on day one. Close coordination with our subcontractors and careful management of field activities helped maintain productivity throughout the shortened construction window.
