Cccofswfl is hopeful in the quality of painters and the color scheme chosen to finish the project by others not of cccofswfl artisans.

This project was design complete and signed between the client and cccofswfl. Cccofswfl has its own dedigner. The client then spoke of a "designer" they needed to speak to on colors. This turned into a nightmare that cccofswfl will not allow to happen again.

There was to be stained shelves. The incompetent designer failed to produce a stain color that cccofswfl was contracted to prestain the shelves before assembly. When the third party designer only gave a paint code and said to use the paint like stain, neither cccofswfl or the client liked how it turned out. Then the client went with the third party designer and changed it to be painted shelves. This changed how the media wall was to be constructed in mid-construction.

The third party designer wanted to Insert themselves into the placement of the media wall. The incompetent designer made their incompetence blattant as they attempted to center the media build on a fan that was incompetently placed by an electrician. None of the ceiling lights were aligned with each other or the fan either.

Thankfully the client could see what cccofswfl was stating in plain verbal discussion about the placement of the media wall build . Thankfully the incompetent "designer" had no choice but to admit their logic was absolutely flawed and cccofswfl was correct. In later communication with the client, cccofswfl fixed the lighting and fan locations. They are now centered on the media build which is centered on a non movable attribute of the slding glass doors on the opposite wall. This main space is now symmetrical.

This incompetent designer is in charge of the paint choices throughout the newly remodeling entire dwelling. I do fear for the final product because of the incompetent designer and all the other trash worker trades this client has had come through. I can only assume the other trades were all very low quotes to match their incompetence ?

Due to this designer we have added a section to our website in the terms and conditions section at the cccswfl.com website.

In some ways there has become a saying that "GOOD painters make a lacking Carpentry person look better than they are". the operative word in that quote is the word GOOD. In southwest Florida there us mostly incompetent painters who actually make a job worse in their non ability to caulk / putty / sand for a quality finish. Many times the is the client fault for taking the cheapest quote. Many times these incompetent painters who sabitage projects are the problems themselves.

All I can do is pray this project comes out ok in the finish. This is one of the reasons cccofswfl prefers to take a project to painted complete ourselves to get to a quality finish without incompetent people sabotaging the project. This designer issue will not happen again. Any contracted project by cccofswfl WILL NOT be changed mid way by any incompetent third party designer.

The elevated ways cccofswfl provides a quality finish above most other interior trim imstall companies. We do not leave the project open for the crap painters the clients most often results from taking the frugal quote options. Cccofswfl does the caulking, puty, sanding of the project which should lower the cost of their painter as cccofswfl does the fine finish prep. It should be an offset that CCCofSWFL costs more than other trim installers. Then the offset is the client should receive a greatly reduced painter cost due to CCCofSWFL having PROPERLY done the finishing so the painter has very minor touchups to do before begining to paint.

What CCCOFSWFL puts into their projects is greatly elevated from the normal interior trim installer a client often hires as the cheap price. Hire the cheapest quote and that's the finish you will get.
