Another smaller job completed! This is a custom tv enclosure built out of solid pine. Although it appears to be a simple design, there were a lot of technical carpentry techniques used in building this. The door styles and rails were assembled using pegged mortise and tenon joinery and the floating panels are locked together with a tongue and groove.

Farm sinks look fantastic when they are fitted correctly! We break this process down into 4 steps. Step 1: remove doors and mask off the cabinet to avoid unwanted scratches. Step 2: Cut the opening to the full height of the sink but leave the width 1/4” smaller than the sink. Step 3: add bracing underneath to support the sink. Step 4: Scribe each side of the sink and trim the cabinet to final width. If this seems like a lot of work, it’s because it is!

Elevate your space with crown moulding! Did you know it is common to have a larger crown moulding in “social areas” such as the living room and kitchen? Here we installed 250 linear feet of 5 1/4” crown moulding and it completely transformed the space!
