Urban Buzz Construction Update!
Insulation is in, inspection is passed, and we are officially moving on to drywall!

This project is one step closer to being ready to buzz with energy, coffee, and good vibes. We’re excited to keep the momentum going and can’t wait to see this space come together.

Finally after months of waiting on revisions and approvals, including FDOT coordination to close the current entrance off US 41, we are moving forward and ready to rock and roll on the Urban Buzz New Construction project!

Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-ins are completed, inspected, and approved. We are now moving into the next phase: insulation and drywall.

We can’t wait to see the finished product come together. Stay tuned for next week’s update!
