We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk Monday through Friday 8-5 and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks which include but are not limited to:
-Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
-Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone call
-Receiving and sorting daily mail
-Data entry work
-Faxing and Emailing
-Assisting fellow coworkers

Customer service experience and QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
