Today's challenge was a 2026 Nissan Sentra repossession, along with several other vehicles. The all-new 2026 Sentra features a completely redesigned body style and an updated key programming system—but we were ready for it.

But we’re here for the everyday cars too.

As we prepare to celebrate Christmas—the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ—we are reminded of how blessed we are. This year, instead of our usual customer gifts, The Car Key Store will be donating 5% of every invoice billed in December to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
We believe this is a more meaningful way to share the blessings God has given us and help children and families in real need.
In early January, we’ll share our company’s contribution amount total.

At The Car Key Store, we focus on innovation and keeping up with the latest in car key technology.

In 2024, Subaru began installing secure gateway modules on their vehicles. These modules were designed to allow OBD access to certain functions yet block access to more sensitive things like key programming when all keys are lost. Even the Subaru dealership cannot make keys for these cars without replacing modules. And the bill when they are finished is thousands of dollars.

Today, to our knowledge, we were the FIRST IN THE WORLD to program a new key to this 2024 Legacy when all keys were lost. Our method should also work on many other late-model Subaru vehicles as well.
