Today we cleared a clogged main at a commercial building. This is the before video. I will try and post the after video in the comments. As you will see it is a soft blockage for several feet and a traditional drain snake would not clear this. We ended up using a truck mounted hydro Jetter

A customer of Rousseau Plumbing called and wanted us to check the main sewer line at their home. Another drain company was there last week to clear a clog and advised the homeowner that they had a collapsed main. When we arrived the main was clogged again and we cabled the line to clear it. Hydrojetted to clean it and did a video inspection to find the main overtaken by roots. A few more times with the cable and jet to get it clear and clean followed by a video inspection to ensure we cleared it out. This pic shows the pile of roots that our competitor left behind. BTW the main is not collapsed, just filled with roots.
