The Sacramento Republic FC () Railyards site is moving. Storm drain, sewer, joint trench, and underground utilities all running simultaneously and sequenced so every scope clears the way for the next phase without delays or rework.

The underground work comes first because everything above it depends on getting it right.

Happy Birthday, Kevin! 🎉

The Lund team gathered today to celebrate the man who has helped shaped our company, culture, and community over the years.

There is just one small challenge...

Kevin was busy doing owner things and couldn't make it to his own surprise birthday celebration!!

So we did what any great team would do, and celebrated him anyway - we took pictures for him, ate great food, and made sure he was still there with us (thanks to our cardboard Kevin cutout). 😉

While we may have missed the guest of honor, we couldn't let Kevin's birthday pass without letting him know how much he means to the Lund team and how grateful we are for the company he has helped build.

Some projects are about more than construction—they're about creating places where communities come together.

We're proud to be part of the Sacramento Republic FC stadium development in the Railyards, helping build the infrastructure that will support this exciting new destination for Sacramento. From streets and sidewalks to utilities and public spaces, the work happening today will help serve our community for years to come.

As a Sacramento-based company, it's especially meaningful to contribute to a project that reflects the growth, energy, and future of the region we call home.

Our internship program is designed to provide more than just experience - it creates opportunities for growth through mentorship, leadership exposure, and hands-on field experience.

Josh started with Lund as an intern and has since transitioned into a permanent role with the company, showcasing the real impact and opportunity this program can provide. Evann continues to gain valuable industry experience while completing his education, and building a strong foundation for his future career.

From operations meetings focused on strengthening our processes and team alignment, to welcoming incredible new team members and launching our intern program in full force — we’ve been intentional about building more than projects. We’re building people, leadership, and long-term impact.

Q1 2026 included:

• Mentoring youth alongside the Capital College & Career Academy

• Expanding our office culture and environment
