A backyard home for aging parents ❤️ This 450 SF ADU in Rocklin was built so our clients could keep their parents close, with privacy, comfort, and independence.
9-ft ceilings, full-size kitchen, private bedroom, full bathroom, and everything needed to feel like a real home. For this family, it made a lot more sense than a nursing home.
