Job Title: Restoration Supervisor/ Estimator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Restoration Supervisor to monitor and inspect restoration jobs, ensuring completion of drying, demolition, and various restoration activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the disaster restoration or construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize activities to meet deadlines. The Restoration Supervisor will be responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring safety and operational standards are being followed and met during active jobs. Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare and review documentation, communicate with customers and adjusters, and provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Able to work a rotating on-call schedule and overtime
• Document loss with clear and descriptive job photos
• Experience with entering data using reports
• Ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on the truck needed for the job and arrives at the worksite
• Completes assigned jobs according to company processes and carrier standards, maintains quality control, and manages technician(s) assigned to the job.
• Performs daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs for residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency.
• Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers using printed materials as a guide.
• Interfaces with adjusters in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the loss.
• Completes sketches and scope sheets for estimates, complete drying records using mobile software.
• Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval purposes, and requests payments when necessary.
• Resolves issues with customers, communicates customer issues, daily job activities with key company staff
• Prepare drying logs for insurance companies
