Last weekend marked the ribbon cutting of our Downtown Pedestrian Alleyway Project in Maryville, Missouri.

The project included utility and storm drainage improvements, concrete paving, pedestrian lighting, landscaping, and new site amenities such as benches and drinking fountains.

These improvements enhance pedestrian accessibility and connectivity while supporting continued investment in the downtown area.

Our playground project at Pembroke Hill is complete, just in time for back to school. The project includes a circuit walking path surrounding a green hill, with playground equipment and interactive spaces around the perimeter. Using natural wood furnishings, a perimeter privacy fence, and lots of added greenery, the space truly alludes to its "Secret Garden" design inspiration.
