As much as we love new construction and complete remodels, there is something extremely satisfying about updating a clients existing surroundings without major disruption.

This condo in Providence desperately needed an upgrade, but had good bones that were worth working with. Paint and some cabinetry modifications in the kitchen have brightened this whole space. A new hood, backsplash tile and lighting have made it functional again. Stay tuned as we share more of this condo update!

Cheers to the home entertainer’s bar!

We were tasked by this client to create a bar matching existing cherry cabinetry in the home. We delivered with bespoke and discreet liquor storage, space for 60 wine bottles and seamless integration of a wine refrigerator. Glass cabinets above and open shelving provide storage and space for display. Now, who’s ready for a drink!?

That’s a wrap on this historic bathroom upgrade in Providence!

By expanding the footprint of the room slightly we were able to get a full spa experience for these clients and turn a dated tub into a beautiful glass surround shower.

Fresh new tile and custom cabinetry finish off this space while still honoring the time period of this historic home.

While the star of the show is our clients truck turned bar, we like to think the backdrop we’ve created lets it shine.

From unfinished storage space to new entertaining hub complete with arcade games this space is so bright and inviting you would never guess it was a basement. We added a new door at the top of the stairs to capture some daylight, new carpeted stairs, shiplap accent walls and new flooring. Space for a powder room and guest bedroom were carved out and can be enjoyed thanks to a new dehumidification system.

Our clients can’t wait to host their first football Sunday with friends.

Our client wanted to add a fireplace to this bonus room while incorporating functional storage that blended seamlessly with the rest of the home.

We worked to include all necessary AV equipment in a clean, uncluttered presentation along with custom cabinetry. The result- happy clients!
