Job Overview:
Join our growing team as an HVAC Installer/Technician. In this role, youāll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Youāll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of systems while troubleshooting and solving complex mechanical issues.

Duties:
Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and HVAC design plans.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment; interpret schematics to identify root causes.
Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting, refrigerant charging, and ammonia refrigeration handling where applicable.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and HVAC system layouts to ensure precise installation and service.
Repair appliances related to property maintenance including air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical systems.
Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs or installations performed on-site.
Experience:
Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC installation or repair with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC system setup from start to finish.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration).
Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC components; experience with boiler maintenance is a plus.
Ability to read schematics accurately and work confidently from technical drawings or HVAC design plans.
Mechanical or welding experience is highly desirable; valid driverās license with a clean driving record is required for field service mobility.
Prior experience with appliance repair, property maintenance tasks, or field service roles enhances your candidacy.
