It sure has been taking its sweet ol' time, but a change is gonna' come! After this weekend (4/14, 15) the weather will improve drastically, and it'll be time to start thinking about sprucing up or refurbishing that deck, fence or boat dock; installing tile in that bathroom, at the kitchen counter backsplash, or the kitchen floor; or installing that new floating floor in the living or dining room.
