Water is the #1 cause of lawn damage.
Your lawn goes through 4 distinct seasons. Why would your irrigation only need 1 setting?

🌱 NOW HIRING: Sales & Client Retention Specialist 🌱

Natural State Horticare | Central Arkansas | Full-Time | Salaried

Do you love plants, hate "sales for sales' sake," and want a job where being honest with customers is literally the strategy? We might be a match.

We're looking for our next Sales & Client Retention Specialist.
This will be the primary salesperson and the person our clients can trust to tell them the truth about what's going on and what (if anything) they actually need.

This isn't your standard sales gig. It's salaried (with structured bonuses), it's NOT commission-based, and it comes with real training and real perks:

💰 $65K–$85K starting salary, depending on experience
🩺 Health insurance stipend
🏦 401(k) match up to 4%
📱 Company iPhone + MacBook provided
🚗 Company car for all client-related driving — don't put miles on your own
🎓 Professional Mastery Fund for licensing, certifications & training
🏆 $1,000 bonus at 12 months, $2,000 at 24 months, just for growing with us
📈 Annual retention bonus for keeping clients happy — not for closing hard

We need someone organized, who communicates like a pro over phone/email/text, and is willing to learn turfgrass and ornamental plant care at a deep level.

We can teach the plant science. We can't teach character.

If this sound like you? Or someone you know? 👇

Our Newest Zoysia Care Guide
https://www.naturalstatehorticare.com/blog/zoysia-grass

Zoysia grass is one of the most popular lawn grasses in Central Arkansas, and for good reason. Its lush, dense canopy creates those iconic silky green stripes that make all the neighbors jealous, and its underfoot feel is unmatched. And for lawns with slight to moderate shade, it’s the only choice.

HOWEVER, zoysia is not for the faint of heart. It can be a physical and financial challenge. In addition to high pest and disease pressure, growing healthy zoysia demands precision in both your mowing and irrigation habits.

This comprehensive guide covers everything you need to know about maintaining a beautiful Zoysia lawn in Central Arkansas, including mowing, watering, fertilizing, shade tolerance, pest control, disease prevention, and seasonal care.
