So this 1885 2-story was originally built adjacent to the Brigham City Tabernacle with two identical units inside... one for each of the builder's wives 😅 The back half was a tannery and it sits facing the broad side of the Brigham City LDS Temple. Such a unique project!

It's now one large house, boasting 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We opted for grand lighting to accent the location, and floor to ceiling cabinetry to make use of the 9 foot ceilings.

9 foot ceilings obviously call for floor to ceiling cabinets in this 1885 beauty.

We love this house. It's in a great location with super friendly neighbors! When it's done - it'll have 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms. If we could live here ourselves, we probably would 🙈

Because we're only working on this house part-time, it's a little slower than a normal contracting project. We expect to be done in about 2-3 months, depending on the availability of materials and subcontractors.
