Looking back a few years. My sweet girls when they were little. (That’s hard on this ol’ man’s heart)This is a Caterpillar 84w D10 dozer on an ODOT project, the Bend Parkway in 2000-2001(?)
I spent a few years on this particular machine working for Hap Taylor and Sons in Central Oregon doing large projects. She weighs in at about 200,000lbs with a ripper and full U blade arrangement. To give you an idea on size, that is a D8N behind it. At the time it was one of three of the largest dozers in the state of Oregon.

Just completed this step project in North Logan. We took out the existing boulder steps and installed these new rock slab steps. What a difference this can make! Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it is more functional and definitely safer. We’d like to thank Kevin and Kim Korinko for having us take this on. You were awesome to work for! Kevin was hanging with us and helping out. Good times!
