Another roof completed☑️. We performed a full tear-off and installed new Owens Corning Duration shingles for long-lasting protection and curb appeal. The roof system includes synthetic underlayment (with cap nails), ice and water shield at the eaves, and additional ice and water protection at head walls to help prevent leaks caused by ice dams and winter weather.

Tore off an old roof that had some mildew issues hiding underneath (due to the insulation blocking the flow of air from the eaves). We replaced all the roof sheathing, upgraded the ventilation to keep things breathing properly, and made sure everything was installed to last. Installed synthetic underlayment with cap nails for extra durability, then finished it off with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles.

We removed the old asphalt shingles, replaced any damaged or rotten wood underneath, and installed a brand-new skylight (with remote controlled blinds). Finished it off with 34 square of Owens Corning Duration shingles for a clean, durable look that’s installed to last. Another solid job in the books!

Another project completed ✔️

This roof required a full tear-off of 4 layers of old shingles plus a layer of 90 lb felt—totaling 72 square. The existing roof deck was in poor condition, so we installed all new OSB sheathing to ensure a solid nailing surface.

We took extra care by chalking out the rafters to guarantee proper fastening and long-term holding power. To protect against the elements, we installed Grace ice and water shield in all valleys and around the chimney.
