Job Title: Commercial Flat Roof Installer
Location: Muskegon, MI (Travel to job sites required)

Certified Building Solutions is seeking skilled and reliable Commercial Flat Roof Installers to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, safety, and working outdoors, we want to hear from you!
We specialize in low-slope and flat roofing systems for commercial and industrial buildings. Our projects range from small business facilities to large-scale commercial developments.

Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial flat roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up, etc.)
Remove existing roofing materials as needed
Work with roofing tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively
Follow job specifications, blueprints, and manufacturer guidelines
Work as part of a crew to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
Prior commercial roofing experience required (flat/low-slope roofing preferred)
Familiarity with roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, or modified bitumen
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and use hand/power tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

Certified Building Solutions LLC is looking to expand our Commercial and Industrial Low Slope Roofing Service Division in west Michigan and we are looking for a Service Professional Foremen.
Position includes Union benefits including family health insurance, vacation pay and pension as well as a company cell phone, tablet, service van and gas card.
This position requires a minimum 5 years of commercial roofing service experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working and skilled roofing professional to join our team!
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experienced with most types of roofing systems
• Extensive knowledge of low slope roofing warranty details including single ply, BUR and shingles
• Strong work ethic
• Customer service skills are a must
• Capable of handling a ladder for roof inspections
• Must have the ability to use mobile devices and computer software
• Construction/general trades experience a plus
• Valid driver's license

Pay Range: $22-$28 per hour based on experience
