IMP installation complete at ceiling-to-wall junction. The insulated metal panels significantly reduce thermal bridging at one of the most vulnerable points in a cold storage envelope — where the wall meets the ceiling. Proper installation at this junction prevents heat gain, condensation buildup, and energy loss

Built for the details you don’t see at first glance.
Our team recently completed this insulated metal panel and trim work, carefully fitting and sealing around existing overhead utilities, piping, structural steel, and tight ceiling conditions.
Clean panel lines. Proper trim transitions. Field coordination from floor to deck.

Out with the old — in with a properly sealed thermal envelope.
Our team removed three existing walls, ceiling panels, and refrigeration equipment, then furnished and installed new 6” Kingspan insulated metal panels to restore this freezer to proper operating performance. Refrigeration equipment was reinstalled as part of our scope.
Startup is right around the corner. ❄️

Another specialized environment taking shape.

Griffin Insulation is currently installing insulated metal panel wall and ceiling systems along with reinforced doorway openings for a controlled-condition laboratory space supporting advanced sterilization processes.

Proud of the team’s precision work on this one. More progress photos to come.

Installed 16 Jamison hurricane wind-load cold storage doors on this facility.
Fun fact:
These doors must pass Miami-Dade impact testing, including a 2×4 fired at hurricane speeds to simulate storm debris.
Cold storage + hurricane engineering = a serious door.
In Florida, cold storage construction isn’t just about temperature control — it’s about structural performance too.

What looks small here is actually a big deal.
Exposed foam and an unsealed opening = air infiltration, condensation, and long-term performance issues in a cold storage environment.
We cleaned it up the right way:
• Sealed and protected the opening
• Restored the thermal envelope
• Delivered a clean, durable finish around the door system
