Replacement of old multi turn valves with ball valves

Little been of fun this morning! Reset a toilet new wax seal and closet bolts and caulk around the bowl. Replaced exhaust vent adapter on a Lochinvar knight boiler the rubber seal was bad and caused a condensation leak. All in all a great Wednesday morning.
