Our team is growing and we’re looking for a skilled and reliable asphalt raker to join us. If you have experience with paving crews and want steady work with a solid company that values hard work and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

🔹 Position: Asphalt Raker
🔹 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years preferred
🔹 Pay: Competitive, based on experience. This position includes prevailing wage work.
🔹 Company Location: 32590 NW Commercial St., North Plains, OR 97133
(Workdays begin and end at this location. Job sites vary throughout the Portland metro area.)

• Must be dependable and hardworking

In Honor of Jose Amaro
Hoss Paving, Inc. will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, May 22, 2025, as we gather to honor the life of our dear friend and longtime colleague, Jose Amaro.

Jose was a cherished member of our team for over 25 years, and his presence, kindness, and dedication touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

We appreciate your understanding as we take this time to remember and celebrate his life alongside his family and loved ones.

We have a full-time Administrative Assistant position available.
Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm

If you are a reliable multitasker that thinks on their feet; you're who we are looking for. This position requires you to work well on your own and in a team setting. You'd be responsible for maintaining policies/ procedures and ensuring industry specific regulations are followed. Payroll, A/R, A/P, and customer service.

Must be familiar with QuickBooks desktop, windows, One Drive, Excel, & Microsoft word.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team and as an individual. You must be a self starter.

We are looking for someone that will want to grow within the company and eventually take over for our current office manager.
