Another major transformation completed by Caraway Painting Company at the Quikrete plant in Brooksville, Florida.

These men’s and women’s restroom facilities had years of heavy industrial wear, staining, and concrete deterioration. The goal was to create a cleaner, brighter, and more durable environment that would hold up to demanding daily use.

For this project, we installed a full commercial coating system including:

✔️ Two coats of Sherwin-Williams Tile-Clad Epoxy
✔️ Domino decorative flake system
✔️ Two coats of Rexthane sealer for added durability and chemical resistance
✔️ Walls primed with Extreme Bond Primer
✔️ Walls finished with Pre-Cat Epoxy Paint for a hard, washable surface

The end result completely transformed these spaces from worn-out industrial restrooms into clean, professional, easy-to-maintain facilities built for long-term performance.
