Immediate opening for a full time entry level maintenance tech. We specialize in apartment turnovers and renovations. Duties include but are not limited to: painting, job site clean-ups, demo, second set of hands.

The is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn handyman skill sets and get paid for it.

Applicant MUST HAVE reliable transportation as you will be required to be at different job site locations in the providence area. Applicant MUST BE reliable and self motivated. You will be expected to perform tasks within a deadline and under limited supervision.

Apartment turnover technician needed. Tech will be required to perform all aspects of apartment turnovers and renovations. Applicants must have a clean BCI, their own basic tools (power drill, hammer, wrench, etc) and reliable transportation.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance Repairs- install mini blinds, light fixtures, outlet and outlet covers, faucet installation, door handle installation, door installs and adjustments, etc
- Apartment Cleaning- clean windows, appliances, floors, etc
- Renovations- cabinet installations, floor installations, tile installs, countertop instalation, window installations, demo work, paint, etc

Salary is hourly and based on experience.
