The SHINE is the end to the end.

This means your shingle is DEAD.

Fiberglass matting in the shingle is exposed.

The shingle is no longer serving its purpose of being able to properly shed water.

This is from years of hail damage and heat damage.

Not replacing these damaged shingles ASAP will end up rotting the decking to your home....

Decking is currently $51 a sheet for materials ONLY! (Thanks Covid)

Rotted decking IS NOT COVERED by your carrier...

But if we find storm damage, the shingles still could be.

With all the high winds we’ve been having lately I’ve noticed multiple roofs in the DFW area with wind damage. 💨

25 year shingle has a wind rating of 60 mph 🥴

30 year shingle has a wind rating of 110 mph. 🧐
