🚧 Another Successful Sewer Line Repair by Bill’s Plumbing! 🚧

Today we cut out and replaced a damaged section of a yard sewer line that had become heavily infested with roots. The old cast iron pipe had deteriorated and split over time, allowing roots to invade and cause ongoing drainage issues.

🚨 Restaurant Floor Drain Repair 🚨

Bill’s Plumbing was called out to a local restaurant for a floor drain that was backing up and not draining properly.

After performing a camera inspection, we found that debris had made its way down into the P-trap and was blocking proper flow. We first attempted to clear the drain with our sewer machine, but after further inspection, we determined the best long-term repair was to replace the P-trap completely and install a brand-new floor drain.

Once the new P-trap and floor drain were installed, the drain started flowing properly again. We then poured the concrete back around the new drain to complete the repair.

Commercial kitchen drains take a lot of abuse from grease, food debris, and daily use. If your restaurant or business is dealing with slow drains or backups, don’t wait until it becomes a bigger issue.

Yesterday we were called out to Sammie’s BBQ due to a major drain stoppage affecting the back part of the restaurant. After performing a camera inspection, we found heavy grease buildup throughout the lines restricting proper flow.

We returned with our jetting equipment and got to work breaking up and clearing all the grease from the system. Once the lines were thoroughly jetted, flow was fully restored and the blockage was eliminated.

In this video, you can actually see all the grease being flushed out of the lines after we cleared the stoppage.

This customer called because their toilet was rocking and leaking around the base. After pulling the toilet, we found the problem — the old cast iron fl**ge ring had severely corroded and was no longer properly securing the toilet to the floor.

We removed the deteriorated fl**ge and installed a new repair fl**ge that was properly anchored into the concrete for a solid, long-lasting fit. Now the toilet is secure, sealed correctly, and leak-free. đź’Ş
