Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: Compensation starts at $15/hr, ranging based on experience level.
Experience: Any experience level working in a shop environment is welcomed but not required. Responsibilities and training will be catered based on experience level at time of hire.
Work Location: Primarily at North Royalton shop.

Job Tasks:
• Assist shop foreman will fabrication of aluminum storefront and curtainwall window frames.
• Cut aluminum extrusions to size for storefront and curtainwall window frames
• Drill, fasten and caulk the cut extrusion pieces into storefront and curtain wall frame assemblies.
• Package and load completed frame assemblies
• Unload and load glass
• Run material deliveries and pickups
• Receive and unload material shipments to the shop
• Sort and organize required materials
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to maximize safety and efficiency
Requirements:
• Good listening skills and interest to learn through everyday hands-on experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Punctual
• Basic working knowledge of measuring with a tape measure
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools
• Ability to problem solve
• Must be able to lift heavy material
• All new applicants are required to pass a drug test prior to employment
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
