Mix into ground beef:
Eggs 🥚 (1 per lb)
Worcester Sauce (1 TBSP per lb)
Garlic Powder (NOT Garlic salt) about 2 TBSP per lb
Salt & Pepper (about 1/2 tsp per lb)
Add while grilling:
Montreal seasoning for beef (1 tsp per lb)
Pepper Jack cheese 🧀 (1st choice); mild cheddar cheese (2nd choice); Kraft American cheese (3rd choice).
