Vorra excavation was tasked with excavating for a new addition foundation on this beautiful stonington home. Upon starting we encountered the entire hole was ledge rock. We quickly persevered & with the help from our friends in 4 days we removed and hauled out over 900 yards of broken ledge rock & infilled with 200 yards of compacted 3/4” crushed stone to complete with a clean hole for the concrete crew. All while working around a live electrical service & septic system we could not damage so the existing structure could stay active for the client.
