This was a major bathroom remodel that included the construction of a new laundry room. This job was a complete tear out, with some of the highlights as follows. We started by removing the existing tub/shower and converting into a shower, the shower size was increased by half a foot in length and approximately a foot in depth. The new shower included a wall to wall niche with hand painted Levante Poniente Talisman tiles, a corner bench, a Kerdi linear drain system, a delta shower system, a frameless Horow shower door and a dedicated light. We increased the size of the main entry door and converted the second door that connected to an original powder room to a new laundry room with a pocket door. All of the electric was updated. A new ceiling and wall insulation was installed. New sheetrock was hung and finished, a new recessed anti fog, lighted medicine cabinet was installed. Floor was tiled and a new larger 42-inch vanity was installed. Completed the job with new trim and a fresh coat of paint.
