I've been receiving calls from contractors to survey roofs just before starting projects, only to find that the roof is saturated. This leads to a change in scope and price for clients.

I’m thinking this recover is now going to be a tear off…🤔🧐

Another completed project! This was a 283,000 sqft deteriorating modbit tear off to the deck and went back with a GAF .60mil TPO and a much needed upgrade on insulation. This project went pretty smooth considering the 24/7 operating hrs. With great team work and communication between the Tenant, ownership and contractors this one is DONE! And ahead of schedule!

Getting the shingle roof sections replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles on this large shopping center will definitely give the roof line a much needed upgrade.
