"Frank, Mike, Kieth, and Ricky were the work crew. They were very courteous and Frank and Mike explained everything that they were doing. They cleaned up as best as possible and made everything as if they weren't here. Unfortunately I had Hired USA Insulation six years ago to do the same job. Retrofoam wasn't in the area at the time. After contacting USA Insulation many times over five years, The franchise was sold and the current franchisee would be happy to quote me a price. I guess USA Insulation doesn't stand behind their product and their people. I contacted Retrofoam explained the situation I was in and That I was very Skeptical about their service. Frank and Mike both assured me they would be able to fix and apply foam in all of the wall cavities. I also learned that Retrofoam stands by their product and people. I'm telling everyone to go with Retrofoam. It's too early to tell well it has sealed my house as the weather has been bad lately but I know if I have any issues I can call Retrofoam to come out and fix it."
