JOB DESCRIPTION: Field Installer
RAPID INSTALLATION GROUP, INC. is a Specialty Service Contractor provides interior installation services with a focus on the following service elements:
• Construction Containments
• Consultation of project/builder specifications with manufacturers
• Estimation
• Roofing Debris and Contaminate Solutions
• Temporary Interior and Exterior installation interior protection
RIG works for many of the top Fortune 500 companies that need responsible and dedicated workers to travel the country and install dust and debris protection.
We are looking for entry-level Installation Technicians to install our product in commercial facilities around the United States. Duties will include extensive travel around the country to install and remove our product. To ensure success in this position safety comes first. For each project, our team develops a site-specific safety plan that is followed by every RIG crew member. Candidates will begin to learn from our Trainer at our office location. Mechanical knowledge and construction experience are a plus. Candidate must be able to lift, climb ladders, work at heights for an extended period, and have good communication skills. All applicants must be available to attend training and meetings at our office in Northampton, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications / Skills
-Valid driver's license with two or fewer violations in the past three years
-Pass pre-employment and random/yearly drug tests
-Pass pre-employment job related physical
-Pass a criminal background check, as we perform work at security-sensitive facilities
-Good attitude & willingness to do more than is asked – Company is intolerant to poor attitude & poor work ethic
-Ability to perform heavy lifting - 60 lbs. +
Licensing Requirements
- Trainings completed include OSHA Certifications, Scaffolding TNR 1000 40-hour Scaff
-Ability to work at heights both inside of a man lift, or when necessary using ladders or climbing
-Follow all OSHA safety guidelines as well as RIG company and customer safety & GMP rules
Benefits:
-Very competitive pay starting at $17.00/hour with potential for annual pay of $60,000 -$70,000 + -

-$35 per day per diem for travel
